The Hague: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik met with Dick Schoof, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, at the Dutch Cabinet’s headquarters.

According to Oman News Agency, the meeting focused on the historical relations between Oman and the Netherlands and explored ways to enhance these ties to benefit both Omani and Dutch citizens. Discussions also covered economic and investment cooperation between the two nations. His Majesty and the Dutch Prime Minister additionally exchanged views on global developments and addressed issues of mutual concern.

After the meeting, a commemorative photo session took place featuring His Majesty and the Dutch Prime Minister, alongside the King and Queen of the Netherlands. The meeting was attended by HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, and Caspar Veldkamp, Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs.
