Abu Dhabi: The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City and The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) have explored ways and means of boosting bilateral cooperation and sharing experience on municipal, community and customers services and the allocation of lands and houses to citizens.
Ahmed Omran Al Qubaisi, Director of Land and Real Estate Acting at the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, together with Ali Al Attas, Head of Registration ‘&’ Property Section; Tariq Al Shehhi, Head of Real Estate Section; and Ali Al Hashemi, Head of Documentation Section, received a delegation from Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, headed by Jasim Mohammed Hussein, Director of Customer Relations Management, accompanied by the Head of Registration and Documentation Section, and the Head of Loan Section at Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment and reviewed experiences of the ADM in terms of upgrading public services, customer service, land and houses allocation mechanisms along with other general procedures required to carry out these services for clients.
The meeting also reviewed the experiences of Land ‘&’ Property Division through the Land and Communal Houses Committee and the electronic procedures adopted to render such public services.
Al Qubaisi recalled the success of Municipality of Abu Dhabi City in automating most services as part of an integrated plan aimed at raising the bar on performance in the municipal services sector, be it in Land ‘&’ Communal Houses Committee or Customers Service Division, which have already made great strides towards revamping their electronic services offering.
For his part, Jasim Mohammed Hussein, Director of Customer Relations Management at Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment and Head of the Delegation, hailed the Municipality’s leading role at all fronts. He also underlined the importance of capitalizing on these successful experiences, imparting such expertise and utilizing them in developing the services sector, especially those related to the allocation mechanisms of lands ‘&’ houses in a way that meets customer needs ‘&’ expectations.
