Arab League Secretary General receives credentials of Bahrain Permanent Representative

Arab League Secretary General, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, received today at the Arab League Secretariat General, in Cairo, the credentials of Her Excellency Ambassador Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal as a Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Arab League.

HE. Ambassador Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the Arab League Secretary General, praising distinguished relations of cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab League and the role of the Arab League in promoting pan-Arab solidarity and collaboration. She pledged to continue the march of the Bahraini representatives to serve the goals and aspirations of the Arab countries for more security, stability and prosperity.

The Arab League Secretary General commended the role of the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Kalifa, in activating pan-Arab action, wishing HE Ambassador Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal continuous success.

Both sides discussed the Arab situation and ways of promoting joint Arab work.
