Dubai: The Dubai Land Department (LD) has launched its real estate e-Mart as an electronic portal to list properties for sale and to exchange property information easily. The new system ensures transparency and validity of information of listed properties according to the regulations and laws of the LD.
Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, the Director General of the Land Department, said, “The LD seeks to enhance the e-transformation process in the framework of its strategy to upgrade the government services provided to the various segments of customers and investors. It also aims to comply with the best standards and technical practices, which are an essential part of the strategic goals aimed at improving customer service”.
The Director General of Dubai Land stated that “The real estate e-Mart will be one of the most important sources for property information and best statistics for the local and the Middle East markets.
Bin Mejren noted that the real estate e-Mart was developed by Emirates Real Estate Solutions (ERES), the technical arm of the Land Department and it initially contains Simsari and online auction applications. The portal represents a safe and reliable channel of communication between buyers and sellers in the real estate market where clients are assured that information provided through the portal are right thus preserving their rights in case of dispute.
