Israeli army orders Palestinian farmer to remove fence placed around his land in Jordan Valley

The Israeli army today ordered a Palestinian farmer to remove a fence he had placed around his land in the Humma community in the northern Jordan Valley, according to the land owner.

Muheeb Fukaha said soldiers raided his family tents and verbally ordered them to remove the fence they place around their 6-dunum plot of land planted with olive trees.

He said the soldiers told them they have six hours to remove the fence.

This is the second time the same farmers are ordered to remove the fence placed to protect their land and crops. No reason was given for the order to remove the fence.
