Israeli forces shell several locations in Gaza Strip, damages reported

GAZA, Monday, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes targeting various locations in the Gaza Strip, causing financial damages to Palestinian property, said sources.

An Israeli reconnaissance plane fired a warning missile at a college building in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood west of Gaza City, causing damage to the area.

Israeli warplanes also targeted with a number of missiles locations and agricultural land in Gaza city, and in the central, northern, and southern part of the Strip. No injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, a group of Palestinians survived an Apache military aircraft shelling that targeted the eastern part of al-Bureij refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip, near the border-fence with Israel.

In the meantime, Israeli artillery shelled with at least two missiles an empty land to the west of Beit Lahiya town, in the northern Strip. However, no injuries were reported.

On Sunday, an Israeli raid into Khan Younis and ensuing battles and airstrikes left seven Palestinians and one Israeli officer dead and others wounded.
