Karama/Allenby crossing with Jordan to close on Sunday, first day of Eid al-Adha

RAMALLAH, The Karama/Allenby/King Hussein Bridge crossing with Jordan is going to be closed on Sunday, the first day of Eid al-Adha holiday, the director of crossing Nathmi Muhanna said today.

Palestinian travelers from and to Jordan were informed that the crossing will be open on Saturday morning until noon and will close after that until early Monday when it goes back to the 24-hour schedule.

The closure applies only to Palestinian travelers who pass through the Jericho terminal before arriving at the crossing.
