Muscat, Oman Investment Authority (OIA) began the exit process from Oman Cement Company, in which the authority owns a majority share, to a strategic foreign investor “Huaxin Cement Company Ltd”.

Ibrahim Said Al Eisri, Director of Private Equity at OIA said that OIA’s exit from Oman Cement Company comes within the framework of the authority’s plan to achieve several goals, namely attracting foreign investments to the Sultanate of Oman.
