Palestinian fisherman injured during pursuit by Israeli navy boats in Gaza sea

GAZA, Wednesday, A Palestinian fisherman was injured today during a pursuit by Israeli navy boats off the Gaza shore, according to WAFA correspondent.\

He quoted fishermen saying that the Israeli navy chased several Palestinian fishing boats while sailing in the sea near the Gaza shores and opened fire at them injuring one fisherman, reported to be 23 years old, in the hand and leg by several rubber-coated metal bullets.

The fisherman was transported to hospital in Gaza where he was reported in moderate condition.
