Palestinians ordered by army to destroy their tin homes

HEBRON, Monday, Three Palestinian families were ordered by the Israeli army on Monday to demolish their homes made of tin in the Yatta-area village of Umm al-Khair, in the south of the West Bank, according to Rateb Jabour, a local activist.

He told WAFA that the army handed the three residents from the Hathalin family notices of the demolition for construction without permit.

The homes are located in Area C of the West Bank, which is under full Israeli military control. Israel does not allow Palestinian construction in this area, which makes over 60% of the area of the occupied West Bank.
