Settlers attack Palestinian vehicles on a northern West Bank road, causing panic and damage to cars

NABLUS, Armed Israeli settlers today attacked Palestinian commuters on a road in the north of the West Bank causing panic and damage to cars, according to a local official.

Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors Israeli settlement activities in the north of the West Bank, said the settlers threw stones at vehicles near Hawwara military checkpoint, south of Nablus, causing damage to some of them and havoc on the main Ramallah-Nablus.

Settlers, protected by Israeli soldiers, regularly attack Palestinian commuters on northern West Bank roads causing injury to passengers and damage to vehicles without anyone ever being arrested.
