Suffocation cases reported during confrontations with Israeli forces near Nablus

NABLUS, A number of Palestinians have Sunday suffered from suffocation during confrontations with Israeli forces in the town of Huwara, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.

Ahmad Jibril, the head of the Palestinian Red Crescent Emergency and Ambulance Department, said that several Palestinians suffered from suffocations due to inhaling tear and toxic gas bombs fired by Israeli soldiers during the confrontations that broke out near the Einabus square in the said town.

He added that the three cases suffered from suffcation while at home and that they were treated locally.
