Suffocation injuries during confrontations near Hebron

HEBRON, A number of Palestinian citizens were Wednesday injured during confrontations with Israeli forces at the main entrance of the refugee camp of al-Aroob, north of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron, local sources said.

The sources said that confrontations broke out between Palestinian youths and the Israeli soldiers, during which the forces fired sound bombs, and toxic gas towards citizens and their homes, causing many of them to suffocate due to inhaling the tear gas bombs.

All casualties were treated locally.
