Partially cloudy skies with moderate conditions are expected today in Palestine with no change in temperature, which remains below the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
A slight chance of light rain is expected in the mountainous and central areas while winds are westerly to northwesterly, moderate to active, gusty at times, and sea waves are medium to high.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 17°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C are expected. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Temperature is expected to significantly rise on Thursday to become 2°C above the seasonal average, and again on Friday to become 5°C above the average, thus weather is expected to be hot and dry.
However, temperature drops on Saturday but remains 2°C above the average, said the PMD.
