RAMALLAH, Warm summer conditions are expected today in Palestine with a rise in temperature, which approaches 2 C above the seasonal average, while relatively moderate conditions are expected at night mainly in the mountainous areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are northwesterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30 C and a low of 19 C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 29 C and a low of 18 C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 39 C and a low of 27 C while it is expected to reach a high of 31 C and a low of 22 C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
A further slight rise in temperature is expected on Monday, becoming 3 C above the seasonal average.
No change in temperature or weather conditions is expected for Tuesday. However, temperature is likely to slightly drop on Wednesday
