Cairo: A fire erupted at an oil well, resulting in the death of two people and injury of several others, according to the Blora District Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Central Java, Indonesia. BPBD's Rapid Response Team member Agung Triyono said two people died from severe burns, while three others, including a young child, were receiving hospital care.
According to Oman News Agency, a Blora police spokesman said the fire broke out as a result of a borehole explosion, noting that the flames quickly swept through the drilling site, forcing the evacuation of 50 families to safer areas.
