Gaza - Ma'an - Medical sources reported on Monday that 50 Palestinian citizens were killed in continuous Israeli shelling of areas east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip since this morning. The Israeli occupation army had ordered the evacuation of the eastern neighborhoods of Khan Yunis in preparation for the start of a new military operation, even though the area is among the areas that it had previously claimed were humanitarian and safe. The airstrikes and artillery shelling that targeted the eastern areas of Khan Yunis on Monday morning left at least 35 dead and dozens injured. Source: Maan News Agency
