Nablus - Ma'an - The Solidarity Charitable Society in Nablus reported that the Jordanian Islamic Advocacy Committee for the Palestinian People provided an amount of 43,332.5 Jordanian dinars, and the number of orphans who benefited reached 304 orphans, and the number of families who benefited from the sponsorships reached (223) families for the months of 1-6-2024. The Solidarity Charitable Society indicated that after preparing the disbursement and distributing the amounts sent by the Zakat Advocacy Committee to the orphans, it prepared to disburse the financial sponsorship for the orphans. This came after reports were submitted by the Orphans Department of the Solidarity Charitable Society to the Advocacy Committee in Amman regarding the orphan's condition, needs, housing situation, family, requirements, and the treatment and gifts he needs. The association also explained that the advocacy allowance is one of the allowances given to orphans, as it sponsors orphans and follows up on the orphan's conditions and needs on a permanent basis, as well as the health status of the orphan and his mother. The Solidarity Charitable Society, in cooperation with the Zakat Advocacy Committee, seeks to ensure that the orphan's breadwinner receives the periodic sponsorship amount for the orphan as soon as possible if the allocation from Jordan reaches the Solidarity Association's account in Nablus. It pointed out that it requires a great deal of effort in communicating with mothers, distributing the financial amounts, and preparing the necessary reports for the orphans. The Solidarity Charitable Society, the orphans' groups, and their families extend their great thanks and gratitude to the Jordanian Charitable Advocacy Committee and the groups and individuals who support the association's humanitarian programs and activities.
