Manama, Ombudswoman Ghada Hameed Habib met with the Alistair Long, UK Ambassador to Bahrain. Shaikh Mohammed bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director of International Cooperation and Development at the Ombuds Office, and members of the British Embassy in Manama, attended the meeting. The ambassador was briefed on the programmes and efforts of the Ombuds Office. The meeting discussed means to advance bilateral cooperation between the two entities. It also reviewed the results of cooperation between the two entities over the past years, which included training, development, and specialised workshops involving professional British experts.
