Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the National Guard, following McLaren's success in winning first and third places at the Singapore Grand Prix in the Formula 1 World Championship.
