400,000 Palestinians are Trapped in Northern Gaza: UNRWA Commissioner-General

At least 400,000 people are trapped in northern Gaza Strip, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said today.
