Oman and UNICEF Collaborate on Advancing Child Rights Cooperation.

Muscat: Technical experts in social policy and social protection fields from Oman and UNICEF today engaged in technical discussions and exchanged knowledge in related fields, such as child rights. The visit of the UNICEF experts follows the recent regional Social Policy and Social Protection Network Meeting for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, which was held last week in Muscat. According to Oman News Agency, the meeting provided a platform for colleagues from 17 countries across the MENA region to come together, exchange experiences, reflect on challenges, and develop strategies to advance the broader social policy agenda across the region. This collaboration aims to enhance efforts in promoting and safeguarding child rights, emphasizing the importance of cooperation in addressing regional challenges in the field.
