Muscat: The Royal Court Affairs (RCA) today celebrated the graduation of the 19th batch of recruits. The ceremony was held under the auspices of Eng. Odai bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Medical City for Military and Security Services. According to Oman News Agency, the ceremony took place at the parade grounds of the RCA's security unit's camp. After the Royal Anthem was played, the chief guest inspected the first row of the recruits' column. The graduated batch then performed a military march in slow and normal motion. The chief guest presented the top graduates of the batch with honorary awards. In addition to recruits from the RCA, the batch included personnel from the Ministry of Defence, the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF) command, the Medical City for Military and Security Services, and the Academy of Strategic and Defence Studies. The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Said bin Hilal Al Khalili, Head of Human Resources, Finance and Isnad (support) Affairs at the RCA, as well as heads of units and se nior officers at the RCA.
