Oman Pavilion at Davos Forum Opened

Davos: The Sultanate of Oman's pavilion at the World Economic Forum (WEF), currently being held in Davos, Switzerland, was opened today in the presence of representatives of countries, institutions, international figures, and Oman's delegation to the WEF.

According to Oman News Agency, Dr. Said Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy and Head of the Sultanate of Oman's delegation to the WEF, highlighted in his speech during the opening ceremony that Oman's participation in the WEF reflects its active role in strengthening international cooperation. He emphasized Oman's commitment to finding sustainable solutions to address global challenges and leading sustainable growth.

Al Saqri further explained that the opening of the pavilion underscores the growing relationship between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the World Economic Forum. This relationship, he mentioned, contributes to enhancing innovative visions aimed at achieving sustainable development and provides a platform for showcasing Oman's economic vision and developmental accomplishments.

The first day of the WEF saw a significant turnout of investors who visited Oman's pavilion. This led to a series of meetings among an elite group of investors and leading global companies.
