Muscat: Sheikh Abdulmalek Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, today received Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), along with his accompanying delegation. The meeting underscores the ongoing collaboration and strengthening of ties between the two nations.

According to Oman News Agency, the Chairman of the State Council praised the enduring and robust fraternal relations between Oman and the UAE. He highlighted that these ties have been built and reinforced over decades through the leadership of both countries.

Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council of the UAE, emphasized the depth of the parliamentary relationship between the two councils. He also noted the importance of expanding these relations to explore new avenues of cooperation.

The meeting was attended by several officials from the State Council, marking a significant step in fostering deeper diplomatic and parliamentary engagement between Oman and the UAE.
