Kuwait City: Represented by the Oman Olympic Committee (OOC), the Sultanate of Oman participated in the 37th meeting of heads of GCC Olympic Committees, hosted in Kuwait today. Oman was represented at the meeting by Dr. Abdullah Khamis Ambusaidi, Deputy Chairman of the Oman Olympic Committee and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education.

According to Oman News Agency, the meeting reviewed the report submitted by the organizing committee of the 3rd GCC Beach Games, scheduled to be held in Muscat Governorate from April 5 to 11, 2025. The report highlighted the preparations and plans for the upcoming games.

Participants at the meeting extended their gratitude to the Sultanate of Oman for its efforts in ensuring the success of the 3rd GCC Beach Games, acknowledging the contributions Oman has made to promote sports and camaraderie within the GCC region.
