Over RO 12 Million Allocated for Road Projects in Al Mudhaibi

Al mudhaibi: The North A'Sharqiyah Municipality has initiated the implementation of several significant projects aimed at paving linkage and internal roads in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi.

According to Oman News Agency, these projects, which are spread across various villages within the wilayat, span a total length of approximately 71 kilometers and come with a budget exceeding RO 12 million. This initiative is part of the broader 2025 road paving projects in the North A'Sharqiyah governorate.

Eng. Mohammed Salim Al Toubi, who is the Director of the Projects Department at the North A'Sharqiyah Municipality, revealed that the road paving projects in Al Mudhaibi have been divided into several work packages. Among the most significant is the paving of internal roads, covering 18 kilometers, at a cost of RO 1,542,898.

The linkage and internal road paving projects in Al Mudhaibi form a crucial part of the developmental efforts being carried out by the North A'Sharqiyah Municipality across the governorate's wilayats for the year 2025. These initiatives encompass a total road length of 145 kilometers with a cumulative budget of RO 25,504,860. The projects aim to boost tourism and economic activity, while ensuring smoother traffic flow between the villages involved.
