Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No. (104/2025), introducing significant appointments within the Diwan of Royal Court.

According to Oman News Agency, the decree includes the appointment of HH Sayyid Loay bin Ghalib bin Khalid Al Said as Secretary General of the Diwan of Royal Court, who will serve with the special grade. Additionally, HH Sayyid Nadir bin Al Julanda bin Majed Al Said has been appointed as an Advisor in the Diwan of Royal Court. He will continue in his current grade and retain his financial allocations. This Royal Decree is to be published in the Official Gazette and will be enforced from its date of issue.
