Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,652.14 points, up 7.7 points, or 0.101 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,644.45 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value stood at RO 25,747,799, representing a drop of 31.4 percent from RO 37,532,063 recorded in the last session. Market capitalization decreased by 0.005 percent from the previous trading day to approximately RO 38.29 billion.

Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 2.036 million, accounting for 7.91 percent of total trading value, while sales reached RO 3.501 million, or 13.60 percent. Net non-Omani investment consequently fell by RO 1.466 million, or 5.69 percent.
