Kyiv: Four people, including two children, were killed and seven others were injured in Russian strikes on Ukraine's Sumy and Mykolaiv regions, Ukrainian authorities said today. According to Oman News Agency, Russian forces struck the northeastern Sumy region with guided aerial bombs, killing three people, including two children, and causing extensive damage to residential buildings and critical infrastructure. In the southern Mykolaiv region, a woman was killed and seven others wounded in a separate Russian attack that also damaged several residential buildings. The latest strikes come amid escalating attacks between Russia and Ukraine, with both sides stepping up long-range drone and missile strikes.
