Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed today at 7,614.87 points, down 15.2 points, or 0.20 percent, compared with the previous trading session, when it stood at 7,630.09 points.
According to Oman News Agency, trading value reached RO 44,291,499, up 9 percent compared with the previous trading session, which recorded RO 40,634,599. The report issued by Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that market capitalization declined by 0.114 percent compared with the previous trading day, reaching approximately RO 39.41 billion.
The value of non-Omani purchases on the exchange amounted to RO 8,667,000, representing 19.57 percent, while the value of non-Omani sales reached RO 5,658,000, or 12.77 percent. Net non-Omani investment went up by RO 3,009,000, or 6.79 percent.
