Muscat: In light of current regional developments, the Foreign Ministry, in coordination with relevant authorities in the Sultanate of Oman, has continued implementing the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of Omani citizens currently abroad. In this context, an additional group of citizens arrived in the Sultanate of Oman today following their facilitated transit from the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to Oman News Agency, this operation was carried out through coordination with Oman's embassies in Tehran and Ankara, as well as the relevant authorities in the Republic of Azerbaijan, within organized land and air arrangements designed to ensure their safety and the smooth flow of their travel. Furthermore, additional groups of citizens arriving from GCC countries returned safely via land border crossings. The Foreign Ministry reaffirmed the continuation of its efforts to facilitate the return of citizens in successive stages, ensuring their security and well-being.
