Muscat: The National Museum signed an agreement today with the Chechen State Pedagogical University to establish 'Omani Publications' Corner' at the university. This initiative is part of the celebrations marking the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation. According to Oman News Agency, on behalf of the National Museum, the agreement was signed by Jamal Hassan Al Moosawi, Secretary-General of the National Museum, while Professor Dr. Ismail Baudinovich Bekhanov, President of the Chechen State Pedagogical University, signed the pact on behalf of the university. The 'Omani Publications' Corner' aims to enable Arabist students specializing in Omani studies to acquire valuable knowledge about the cultural and intellectual heritage of Oman. It, thus, fosters deeper connections and mutual understanding between the two nations while promoting further collaboration in academia and research.
