Amman: The Office of Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit in Al Wusta Governorate today organized a workshop titled 'Implementation and Follow-up of the Urban Strategy'. The workshop was held in partnership with the Urban Planning Department in Al Wusta Governorate. According to Oman News Agency, the workshop aimed to enhance integration among government departments to ensure that its objectives are achieved efficiently. It discussed the procedures governing data entry and follow-up of development projects through the approved systems. The workshop stemmed from a keenness to support institutional coordination and raise the level of readiness to implement urban projects in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040. It was attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Ali Al Ghufaili, Wali of Haima, and attended by representatives of government departments in the governorate.
