Aoun Receives Annual Disciplinary Authority Report, Meets MP Bizri on Lebanon’s International Relations

Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Monday received the annual report of the Higher Disciplinary Authority from its chair, Judge Rita Ghantous. The report's presentation marks a significant annual event in the administrative calendar, reflecting the ongoing measures and outcomes within the disciplinary framework of the country. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, President Aoun also held a meeting with MP Abdel Rahman Bizri. Following their discussion, MP Bizri highlighted the President's efforts to represent Lebanon on the international stage. He remarked, "The President represented all Lebanese in New York and reaffirmed Lebanon's return to the international stage after a long absence. We hope these meetings will be translated into concrete steps." This statement underscores the importance of Lebanon's re-engagement with international partners and the potential for further cooperative initiatives.
