Lebanese Army Command's Orientation Directorate issued on Monday a statement, in which it indicated that 'The Army Command received a new batch of the Qatari financial donation, amounting to $20 million, presented by the Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to the Lebanese Army, within the framework of continued support for the military institution in light of the current challenges. The donation will be distributed equally to the soldiers once the administrative procedures are completed. The Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, thanked Qatar for this valuable initiative, stressing that it contributes to alleviating the burden of the crisis on the soldiers.'
