Manama, As part of efforts to enhance integrity and transparency in the electoral process, Dr. Ali bin Fadhel Al Buainain, the Attorney General issued Decision (34) of 2024, establishing a specialised committee to investigate electoral crimes. The committee will be responsible for addressing complaints related to violations and irregularities that could affect the proper conduct of elections, ensuring prompt justice. This initiative reflects the Public Prosecution's commitment to ensuring fair and transparent elections.
