Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,020.18 points marking an increase of 0.70 points above the previous closing. This increase was due to the rise in the financial sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 796.62 points, marking an increase of 3.30 points above the previous closing. According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 42 equity transactions took place with a volume of 794,126 worth BD 232,086. Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 44.39% of the total value of securities traded.
