Moscow, The Bahraini parliamentary delegation participated in the GCC states Coordination meeting held in Russia led by Ahmed Al Salloom, Vice President of Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA). The meeting reviewed the draft resolutions and closing statement of the Standing Committee on Social and Cultural Affairs, as well as a general discussion on the issue of balancing the APA, and studying the activate of the team concerned with the organizational and basic documents of the APA. The delegation highlighted that the meeting of GCC parliaments reflects a clear commitment to continue efforts towards realising shared goals that support unified Gulf projects. These initiatives aim to ensure steady progress in political and economic fields, enhance partnerships on key issues, and mobilise efforts and resources to meet the aspirations of GCC citizens and build a better future for them.
