Caretaker Foreign Minister, Abdallah Bou Habib, on Wednesday met with Lebanon's Honorary Consul in Panama, Mohammad al-Hage, who informed his host of the situation of the Lebanese diaspora in the Central American country, especially the Lebanese nationals arrested over criminal offenses.
