Manama, The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) has announced the launch of a tourism campaign entitled "Delighted to See You" in celebration of the 94th Saudi National Day, which falls on September 23. The campaign will feature a mix of diverse tourism, entertainment and cultural events to welcome Saudi citizens and visitors from Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Through this campaign, BTEA seeks to provide a memorable celebratory experience. This year's festivities will include a variety of events for all tastes and ages, starting with folk music performances and cultural exhibitions, all the way to family entertainment, historical landmark tours, live heritage and art shows, water activities, besides several welcoming events and gift distribution at Bahrain International Airport, King Fahd Causeway, hotels, resorts and various hospitality facilities. Sarah Buhiji, CEO of BTEA, affirmed the Authority's keenness to commemorate this occasion with brothers and sisters from Saudi Arabia. Sh e affirmed that Saudi National Day is a reflection of deep-rooted relations and historical ties between the two kingdoms in both leadership and people. The upcoming events will serve as a window into authentic Bahraini culture and the hospitality that the Kingdom is known for. To enrich the experience of Saudi visitors, BTEA has launched a bundle of tourism packages and offers in cooperation with its partners in the private sector such as destination management companies, hotels and resorts. These include over 50 tourism packages, exclusive travel packages via the national carrier Gulf Air, distinctive entertainment events, and other benefits that will make their visit to Bahrain an exceptional experience.
