Dima W'attayeen:North A'Sharqiyah The Environment Department in North A'Sharqiyah Governorate recently organized a campaign to clean the Al Saleel Nature Reserve. This initiative took place in the Wilayat of Dima W'attayeen, focusing on the theme "Protecting Al Saleel is a community responsibility."
According to Oman News Agency, the campaign was inaugurated by Sheikh Mohammed bin Salim Al Ma'ashani, Wali of Dima W'attayeen. The event involved participants from government departments, private sector establishments, local residents, volunteer groups, and environmental activists.
The campaign featured public awareness programs and field operations aimed at waste removal and pollution reduction within the reserve. It also emphasized community partnership and volunteerism in environmental conservation and sustainable management of natural resources.
