Manama, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, paid a visit to several Maatams (community centres) and Al Hussaini Art Gallery in Manama. This comes within the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to ensure the successful observance of Ashoora. Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman commended the directives of HM King Hamad, and the continuous support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in meeting the requirements of Ashoora and ensuring its success. The governor commended the efforts of General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, to ensure the religious observances are conducted seamlessly and safely.
