Washington, US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced the destruction of six Houthi drones and three unmanned boats in Yemen. CENTCOM reported on social media platform X that within the past 24 hours, US forces successfully destroyed six Houthi drones in a controlled area in Yemen. Additionally, three Houthi unmanned surface vessels operating off the Yemeni coast were engaged and destroyed by US forces. CENTCOM said these weapons posed an imminent threat to US and coalition forces and commercial ships in the region, and these actions were taken to ensure freedom of navigation and enhance safety in international waters.
