Nine Palestinians, most of them children and women, were killed and others were injured at dawn on Thursday in different parts of the Gaza Strip, which is seeing violent Israeli shelling by air, land and sea for the 328th consecutive day. WAFA correspondent reported that eight citizens, including a girl, were killed and three others were seriously injured when the occupation aircraft bombed a residential building near Al-Amal Hotel west of Gaza City. The occupation boats are firing their heavy machine guns towards Al-Qarara beach northwest of Khan Yunis and the beach of Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood west of Gaza City. Artillery shelling continues on the eastern areas of Deir Al-Balah city in the center of the Strip and northwest of Rafah city in the south. Medical sources confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7 has risen to 40,534 reported fatalities, with an additional 93,778 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children. According to the same sources, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulance and civil defense crews.
