Manama, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, issued Edict (44) of 2024, designating the Minister of Legal Affairs as the minister responsible for overseeing the International Commercial Dispute Resolution Council in the Kingdom of Bahrain, following the approval of the Cabinet. The Minister of Legal Affairs shall implement this edict, which takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette. Source: Bahrain News Agency
