Manama, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister, met with Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank. The minister introduced Abdullah Talib, the newly appointed General Manager of Eskan Bank. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla highlighted the importance of continuing to provide innovative and developed housing solutions that align with Bahrain's comprehensive development process, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He said that Eskan Bank remained a leading initiative, reflecting its consistent growth and development since its establishment more than four decades ago. The bank embodies the government's long-term vision for sustainable housing services, supporting urban and construction progress in the Kingdom and its initiatives contribute to enhancing social stability for Bahraini families and advancing public-private sector partnerships, the deputy prime minister added. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla wished the Housing Minister and the Eskan Bank team continued success in advancing housing policies and achieving the bank's goals through the efficient use of resources, including the recruitment of national talent. He highlighted Talib's financial and banking expertise and wished him continued success in enhancing the social housing sector through ambitious programmes and initiatives that address citizens' needs. The Housing Minister expressed her appreciation for Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla's ongoing support of the ministry's initiatives in partnership with Eskan Bank.
