According to Oman News Agency, the dollar index was little changed near a one-month high. The euro stood at $1.1228, down 0.2%, and the sterling traded at $1.3288, down 0.3%. Meanwhile, China's offshore yuan rose about 0.2% to 7.224 yuan per dollar.
