Cairo, Dr. Hani Sewilam, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Arab Republic of Egypt, met with Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, Bahraini Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League. During the meeting, the ambassador congratulated Dr. Sewilam on his appointment, wishing him success in performing his duties. She affirmed the keenness to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the sustainability and development of water resources sectors, emphasising the Kingdom's firm position in supporting Egypt in maintaining its water security. On his part, the minister praised the bilateral relations and affirmed the importance of boosting cooperation and investments to achieve sustainable water security and optimal use of natural and technological resources.
