Muscat: A telephone conversation was held between Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, and Constantinos Kombos, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus. According to Oman News Agency, the call reflected the strong ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and formed part of ongoing consultations on regional and international developments. Discussions focused primarily on mediation efforts related to the Iranian nuclear file, alongside European interest in supporting initiatives aimed at achieving security, stability, and de-escalation, particularly in view of Cyprus's presidency of the current session of the Council of the European Union.
